EMBER is a Berlin-based culinary concept founded in summer 2021 by Tobias Beck and now part of the Berlin Hospitality Group.

Known for its atmospheric, high-end dining events, Ember brings people together around a long table in extraordinary locations—most recently, a hidden rooftop glasshouse in Kreuzberg.

Combining ancient cooking techniques with modern creativity, Ember crafts refined, flame-driven menus — staying true to its essence: creating experiences through shared meals and authentic connection

We host high-end dinner events for brands, agencies, companies, and private organizers, and open our doors to the public for very special dinners from time to time.
