This summer we’re bringing you to the banks of the Spree in Rummelsburg for a collaborative series at Flussbad, a campus for arts, leisure and ideas set to open in 2024. Our open-fire cuisine will be served on the riverside, where Flussbad’s reed-roofed subterranean performance space is nearing completion.
Flussbad is part of Slow, the experimental hospitality collective behind Mitte bakery Sofi, among other projects in Portugal, Mexico, Germany and beyond. Cultivating arts, crops and inner gardens, Slow builds and nourishes locally rooted places designed to enrich wellbeing and model a more sustainable future.
We will be celebrating the summer season featuring sun kissed produce. Join us on Friday evenings during July and August for sundowner drinks and Dinner at Flussbad.
