We are teaming up with the Healthy Boy Band from Austria. For only one lunch on September 25th, we are firing up the grills for a German feast with one of the most avant-garde collective in the food world.
The Healthy Boy Band gives rich and flavourful German cuisine a new profile of its own. Local food producers are uncompromisingly brought to the fore because we practice our craft with perfection, thus laying the foundation for the new German food culture.
Through the fruitful collaboration between Healthy Boy Band and Ember, German cuisine will take on a new signature with reference to the old and momentum for the new. Things like Königsberger Klopse or Lapskaus will not become more beautiful, but more awesome. High culture, that is!
Speaking of high culture:
We know how much French or Italian high cuisine puts a strain on the liver in this country, which is why we have decided to cook "brutally normal".
So that even the last German car tire identifies with us and wants to taste what we cook.
Brutal. Normal. German. Or: German traditional meals.
