Ember’s seasonal cuisine was born out of a fascination with various practices of cooking with an open fire.
A long and international experience in the field of fine dining, and the pleasure of fuelling the social aspect of eating together in dreamlike locations made the rest of the magic.
Our guests met us in an old church yard, dined by a lake and admired our fires on high rooftops.
Since the beginning, our table is set once a week, and we continue to scout for new, unforgettable locations.
From time to time, we invite fellow chefs and colleagues from around the world to serve a collaborative menu, combining their experiences with ours.
