To cancel your booking, please contact us at info@ember-ofc.com. Please note that cancellations must be made no later than 72 hours prior to your reservation date to receive a full refund.
PAYMENTS
Please note that the holder of the credit card used to pay for and confirm the booking is accountable for the entire reservation. Unauthorised transfers transfers of reservations are not permitted. If you are unexpectedly unable to join us, please contact us immediately.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN EACH RESERVATION?
The price for our multi-course menu and drinks is 180 €.
DO YOU ACCOMODATE GUESTS WITH ALLERGIES OR DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
We accommodate all allergies and dietary restrictions with the exception of vegan. Please do let us know when making the reservation of any allergies and/or dietary restrictions we should be aware of. Nonetheless we encourage our guests to put aside current eating preferences and taste our menu in its original conception.
I BOOKED TICKETS FOR AN EVENT SCHEDULED TO TAKE PLACE OUTDOORS. WHAT IF IT RAINS?
All dinners will take place regardless of rain or shine. In case of inclement weather we will provide suited sheltering to carry on our evening in pleasant conditions. Be sure, however, to dress appropriately with outside temperatures.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CANCEL OR POSTPONE AN EVENT?
Our evenings are carefully planned well in advance and we are mindful of last-minute hitches. In the unlikely event that we must cancel or postpone a scheduled dinner, we will provide you with the option to rebook for another date or to obtain a full refund.
HOW MANY GUESTS DO YOU ACCOMODATE PER EVENT?
This may change from location to location, but our table is designed to accommodate between 20 and 40 guests.
ARE DOGS ALLOWED?
We love your canine friends as much as you do but we cannot welcome four-legged guests as cooking and dining areas may overlap, and the bustling atmosphere can become overwhelming for your pet.
CAN YOU ACCOMODATE CHILDREN?
Unfortunately, owing to the unconventional nature of our events, we cannot accommodate very young guests.
DO YOU HOST PRIVATE EVENTS?
Yes, we do. Given the flexible scale of our kitchen, we can accommodate a wide range of options. Please contact Jessica at jessica@ember-ofc.com to discuss how we can tailor a unique Ember experience for your event.
DO YOU SELL GIFT VOUCHERS?
Yes, we do. To purchase a gift voucher, write us at info@ember-ofc.com.
Please note that a gift ticket is not tied to a specific event, date or location but it does allow the recipient to book a preferred slot, depending on the availability of seats.
